How the white-Label service works
Simple. You sell the service to your client at whatever price works for your agency. We do the technical work behind the scenes and deliver everything back to you — reports, audits, implementations, and documentation — all branded with your agency name. Your client sees your work. We stay invisible. You invoice your client, we invoice you at wholesale.
Never. Every report, audit, roadmap, and document we produce carries your agency's branding — your logo, your name, your colour scheme if required. Harper Media Group is not mentioned anywhere in client-facing materials. We also sign a mutual NDA confirming this as part of every partnership agreement.
You contact us with the client's site details, their goals, and any known issues or priorities. We take it from there — no need to stay involved in the technical process unless you want to be. We'll keep you updated throughout and deliver the completed work to you, ready to present to your client.
We never join client calls directly. If you have a client call and need to be prepared for technical questions, we'll brief you beforehand so you can answer confidently. We're available behind the scenes to support you — but the client always sees only you.
Completely. We invoice your agency at wholesale rates and have no visibility into what you charge your clients. Whether you mark up 40%, 80%, or more is entirely your decision. Our pricing is structured specifically to give agencies a healthy margin — most partners find the AI Optimization services in particular command a significant premium because no other agency in their market is offering it.
Two documents — a mutual NDA and a reseller agreement. Both are included at no cost and form part of standard onboarding. The NDA protects your client relationships and our proprietary technology. The reseller agreement formalises your right to sell our services under your brand and confirms our commitment never to approach your clients directly. Both are straightforward and most partners sign within 48 hours of receiving them.
Technical SEO
Technical SEO refers to the behind‑the‑scenes website optimizations that improve how search engines crawl, index, and understand your site. It includes page speed, mobile readiness, architecture, crawl budget, and overall site performance
Without a technically optimized site, search engines can struggle to access or interpret your pages. This means even great content might not rank well if the site isn’t crawlable, fast, and structured properly
Common issues include slow pages, poor mobile experience, crawl errors, malformed XML sitemaps, broken links, and misconfigured robots.txt files. These barriers reduce visibility and user engagement
Technical SEO should be reviewed regularly — ideally quarterly — or whenever major site changes occur, such as migrations, redesigns, or large content updates
Yes. Speed affects user engagement and search ranking signals like Google’s Core Web Vitals (LCP, FID, CLS), which are critical to visibility and performance
Crawl budget refers to how often search engine bots crawl your site. Optimizing it ensures bots spend time on important pages rather than wasted URLs or low‑value content, improving index efficiency
Yes — careful technical planning during migrations prevents traffic loss by managing redirects, index settings, and sitemap updates properly
Absolutely. Since search engines prioritize mobile‑first indexing, technical optimization must ensure flawless mobile performance and responsive design
Technical SEO uses tools like Google Search Console, crawl auditors (e.g., Screaming Frog), performance tools (PageSpeed Insights), and server logs to diagnose issues and guide fixes
Some fixes, like crawl error resolution, can show results in weeks, while broader structural improvements may take 3–6 months as bots re‑crawl and re‑index the site
Structured Data
Structured data is schema‑based markup that helps search engines understand the meaning of page content, such as products, reviews, events, FAQs, and organization details
It enables enhanced search listings like rich snippets and knowledge panels, which improve visibility, click‑through rates, and discovery for both traditional and AI‑driven search systems
Common types include Product, Article, FAQ, LocalBusiness, Breadcrumb, Review, and Event schema — all of which help signal context and relevance to search engines
Structured data is implemented via JSON‑LD markup placed in the HTML or injected dynamically via tag managers or CMS templates. It must follow Schema.org and Google guidelines
Structured data doesn’t guarantee higher rankings, but it improves how your content appears in search results and enhances its eligibility for rich features that drive visibility
AI Optimization
AI optimization prepares your site for modern, AI‑driven search systems — including Google’s AI Overviews, vector‑based discovery, and AI recommendation engines — by structuring and contextualizing content so machines can better understand intent and entities
Traditional SEO focuses on keywords and links. AI optimization emphasizes semantic richness, entity relationships, and vector embeddings that align your content with machine understanding and AI relevance scoring
Vector embeddings represent text and concepts in multi‑dimensional space, enabling AI systems to identify semantic relationships and context beyond traditional keyword matching
Yes, AI analytics can reveal topic clusters, content relationships, and gaps in coverage that may be limiting visibility or relevance for both search engines and conversational AI platforms
AI systems leverage structured data to better classify and rank content. Integrating structured data with AI readiness ensures your content is properly contextualized for next‑generation search behaviors
